Note for participants entering the World Latte Art & World Coffee in Good Spirits Championship

WLAC: Please make sure you bring along properly printed pictures of your latte art patterns otherwise you may loose points in the competition!

WCSC competitors do not need to bring a picture this year but we would like a copy of your ingredients and method for your drink as we may make them available to SCAE members at a later date.

WLAC & WCSC: Your music for the final round can be sent in advance as mp3 files to avoid broken or non-readable cds, which occurred several times in past competitions. Send the files to info@scae-championships.com or put them online and send the link or ask for an ftp login. You can also hand over your music the day before so we can check if everything works fine.

Please also make sure to nominate your helper and send the name if not already done by email to organisation@scae-championships.com

Note for all participants & endorsed bodies

If you bring any personal photographer with you, please send us their names. There are special seats reserved for them since they are not allowed on stage.

Entrance fee of 100,- € for each competitor: If the chapters/endorsed bodieshaven't already been invoiced from the SCAE office in London due to late applications, please make sure you bring the money to Cologne. Refer to Amanda Webb (amanda@scae.com) for payments. She will hand out an affirmation about the payment which the participants will need to start their competition.
